iPhone Users:

• Call 1533 or WhatsApp BBMP HQ (94806 85700) or tweet them at @BBMP_Cares
• On Call and WA msg, you can request the Officer to raise a ticket on your behalf as you are on iPhone. Officer MAY oblige. But the grievance will be attended for sure.

Once the complaint is logged on 1533, a docket number will be generated and the person will be given guidance on how to take it forward

There may be a requirement for follow up. However, action will be taken as BBMP now has resources and rescue vehicles. The complaint raiser will get updates via the same channel that they have used to report.
