Khata Bhagya Beku seems to be only for BBMP and not for Citizens~
BBMP is reaching a new low as far as citizens of Mahadevapura, who are trying to get their Khata.
Yesterday at BBMP Mahadevapura Zonal office, the JC did not even show up after promising to be there and the RO left when citizens demanded their rights.
Are we the reason we are not getting the khata ?? For every one person in an apartment cluster out here fighting for a bribe free khata, 20 others are paying! Why will such an opportunity for side revenue be given up? BBMP Commissioner
